The National Carnival Commission invites suitably qualified Suppliers / Contractors to express interest in the below activities for the National Carnival Commission (NCC) in its execution of works and services for Carnival 2026.

In accordance with The Public Procurement And Disposal Of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended), Suppliers / Contractors interested in providing works and services must be registered on the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) Procurement Depository. The Commission seeks to invite suitably qualified suppliers to register and request pre-qualification in the OPR’s Procurement Depository for the following:

1.	NCC-RFP-26-015	Erection and Dismantling of North Stand	95131503 – Portable Grandstand	Works will comprise but not be limited to the following: Foundation works to ensure securing of the North Stand Structure, asphalt paving, transportation of the various components required for the erection of the North Stand from the NCC Warehouse and delivery to the Queen’s Park Savannah. Erection of the entire North Stand, consisting of structural steel work and bracings, handrails, staircase, purlins, sag rods, galvanised roof sheeting and installation of all timber floor modules. Dismantling of entire North Stand and all components for safe and secure return transport, delivery and packing to the NCC Warehouse.
2.	NCC-RFP-26-014	Erection and Dismantling of Downtown Stand	95131503 – Portable Grandstand	Works will comprise but not be limited to the following: Foundation works to ensure securing of the Downtown Stand Structure, asphalt paving, transportation of the various components required for the erection of the Downtown Stand from the NCC Warehouse and delivery to Downtown Port-of-Spain. Erection of the entire Downtown Stand, consisting of structural steel work and bracings, handrails, staircase, purlins, sag rods, galvanised roof sheeting and installation of all timber floor modules. Dismantling of entire Downtown Stand and all components for safe and secure return transport, delivery and packing to the NCC Warehouse.
3.	NCC-RFP-26-008	Provision of Stage, Ramps, Decks and Watch Towers at the Queen’s Park Savannah	72154067 Temporary Theatrical Stage and Platform Rental and Installation	Supply, erection, dismantling, and removal of a temporary stage platform to showcase live performances, judging of the Parade of The Bands, and other forms of entertainment and events across the Carnival period at the Queen’s Park Savannah.

The NCC reserves the right to develop a shortlist of Suppliers / Contractors, based on a review and assessment of the submitted responses.
Further to such, Suppliers / Contractors suitably qualified may be considered for invitation to the Pre-Selection Process for further assessment and submission of a bid.
Suppliers / Contractors are advised that successful pre-qualification or expressing interest is not a guarantee to the Pre-Selection Process or an Award of Contract.
Questions / clarifications regarding the above procurement activities shall be sent in writing to the following email – procurementreg@ncctt.org. The deadline for questions or clarifications is on or before September 25^th, 2025, at 4.30pm.
The NCC reserves the right to accept or reject any application and / or to cancel the above procurement activity and reject all applications at any time without incurred liability
