Port of Spain, Trinidad, Thursday, February 5, 2026: The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) is pleased to announce the four teams competing in the finals of the National Stick Fighting Competition Finals 2026 on Monday, February 9 at the Moruga Multi-Purpose Youth and Sport Facility at 7 pm.
Each team comprises 3 members who will showdown in fast-paced bois action on Monday evening. The four competing teams are:

The announcement of Monday’s finalists comes after a hotly contested semifinals on Wednesday, February 4 at the Ojoe Road Recreational Ground, Sangre Grande, where more than 200 patrons turned out to witness and support some top flight competition. At the end, four teams were left standing and now head to Moruga to determine the winners.
The NCC National Stick Fighting Competition 2026 ends on Monday, February 9, at 7 pm at the Moruga Multi-Purpose Youth and Sport Facility. General Admission is $125, and tickets are available at the NCC Head Office, Victoria Square, Port of Spain; at the Grand Stand Ticket Booth, Queen’s Park Savannah; online at islandetickets.com; and are available at the gate on the competition day.
