The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) invites the media to attend and cover the Carnival Senior Kings and Queens drawing, taking place on Monday, February 18, 2019 at the NCC’s VIP Lounge, Queen’s Park Savannah at 5 pm.
The Preliminaries are carded to take place on Thursday, February 21 at Carnival City, Queen’s Park Savannah at 7 pm.
