Carnival in the Sky – A Kite Flying Festival and Exhibition that the NCC, in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Starting on April 19, 2025, the festival covers two days and there will be an official launch at the NCC VIP Lounge on April 19, 2025 from 4 pm to which you are invited to attend and cover.
