King and Queen of Carnival
The St James Working Council held its 23 Annual Kiddies Carnival Parade along the Western main Road last Sunday. Thousands of little masqueraders as well as spectators flocked to St James for the event.
The bands portrayals showed how much more work is put into making Mas at this level. The beauty splendor and sight was heart -warming.
