NCC Carnival 2018 Awards Ceremony

Port of Spain, Trinidad, May 8, 2018: The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) advises the public of its Awards Ceremony for the Carnival 2018 Mas and Calypso Competitions, which takes place on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 2 pm at the Grand Stand, Queen’s Park Savannah.

Awards will be presented to the top three places in the following categories:

• Parade of the Bands (Seniors)
• Republic Bank Junior Parade of the Bands (Open, Schools, and Non-Schools)
• Kings and Queens Competitions (Juniors and Seniors)
• Individual of the Year (Juniors and Seniors)

Awards will also be presented to the finalists and winners of the 2018 Calypso Monarch and the Extempo competitions.

The NCC cordially invites all other 2018 competition winners to collect their prize monies at the NCC’s Registration Office at the Queen’s Park Savannah, from Monday, May 14 to Friday, May 18 2018, between 9 am to 3 pm.

Awardees are kindly asked to have in their possession at least one form of valid picture identification (National ID Card, Driver’s Permit, or Passport) when they present themselves at the NCC for the purpose of collecting their cheques.
