NCC Welcomes Rosalind Gabriel To The Board Of Commissioners

Port of Spain, Trinidad, June 22, 2018: The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) welcomes the recent appointment of its newest Commissioner to the Board, Rosalind Gabriel, following her acceptance of the instrument of appointment from the Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts, Dr. Nyan-Gadsby-Dolly on Thursday, June 21.

Gabriel, a veteran bandleader and Carnival stalwart, brings to bear her vast knowledge, having served as an active member of the Carnival community for more than four decades.   

In commenting on the recent appointment, NCC Chairman, Winston “Gypsy” Peters said, “We look forward to welcoming her to the Board and benefitting even more from her considerable expertise in the administration of Mas.”
