Traditional Carnival Characters and Kambule Workshop – Graduation Ceremony

The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) cordially invites the media to:

  • Traditional Carnival Characters and Kambule Workshop Graduation Ceremony
  • The Grand Stand, Queen’s Park Savannah
  • Saturday, September 1, 2018
  • 4 pm – 6 pm

Representatives from the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and the Arts, the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, and the NCC will be on hand as well as representatives from the programme’s sponsors: Caribbean Airlines, Solo Beverages, Eastern Credit Union, the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the Ministry of National Security.

The workshop is part of an overarching empowerment initiative aimed at young achievers in the at-risk communities of:

  • South East Secondary School
  • Sea Lots Community Centre
  • Febeau Village
