Stakeholder Meetings On Carnival 2024

The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) will be hosting a series of stakeholder meetings to invite feedback on Carnival 2024 and address pertinent issues in shaping Carnival 2025 and beyond.

The meetings schedule is listed below, with all meetings taking place from 5 pm – 7 pm on their respective days at the VIP Lounge, Grand Stand, Queen’s Park Savannah:

Ushers – Monday, July 8
Port of Spain Burgess – Tuesday, July 9
Fete Promoters – Wednesday, July 10
Seasonal Security Groups– Thursday, July 11
Media Personnel – Monday, July 15
Vendors – Tuesday, July 16
Seasonal Contract Workers – Wednesday, July 17
Regional Committee – Monday, July 22
Sponsors – Tuesday, July 23
Standing and Ad hoc Committees – Wednesday, July 24
Mas Fraternity/Fire and Police Reps – Thursday, July 25
Steel Pan Fraternity – Monday, July 29
Calypso Fraternity – Tuesday, July 30
